With the incredible New York City skyline as the backdrop to this editorial, model Magdalena Frackowiak looks uptown-chic as her structured clothing plays off the juxtaposition of the buildings.
Decked out in plenty of diamonds, Magdalena was styled in classic, cutting edge designers such as Balmain, Lanvin, and Dries Van Noten. I especially love the styling of this shoot because it is similar to my own personal style, which I would categorize as a downtown-edgy. As many people know, I also love wearing black, because I just believe that you can never look more chic than in an all-black look (this must be the New Yorker inside of me!) The structured clothing plays off of the contrast of the buildings, and I like the imbalance of hard and soft used in this editorial. Vogue Paris is noted for having some of the most forward-thinking fashion editorials, and I always gain inspiration from seeing and that is why I am always on the lookout for the newest editorials to see what models they have styled!
