Stylish Interiors

While I love working with clothing, being a stylist doesn’t stop there.  I’m constantly thinking of ways to style everything in my life- from reorganizing my kitchen cabinets to rearranging furniture, I love playing around with how everything around me looks and feels.  Recently I was bitten by the redecorating bug, so I’ve been browsing home goods sites for ideas on how to spruce up my living situation.  Here are some of my favorite finds from the world of interiors:

1.   Striped Art Set of 3 (via Gilt.com)

I love this set of abstract paintings.  It feels fresh and modern, and I’d never get sick of the classic color combination.    I’d probably display the set in a more mismatched, vintage-y room to warm up the severe print.

2.  Stump Table (via FurbishStudio.com)

I’m obsessing over the natural shape/glamorous finish of this side table!  The ‘tree stump’ carving feels all-natural, but the lacquered white paint and gold leaf detailing is anything but.

3.  Sapphire Accent Chair (via UrbanOutfitters.com)

I found this beauty on UrbanOutfitters.com, which surprised me.  I usually browse their site for interesting graphics and quirky wall decor, but it seems they have much  more sophisticated offerings as well!  The deep midnight blue velvet looks so luxurious; I’d love to sink into this after a long day at work.

What are your favorite sites for home decor?  I’d love to check them out!
