Vogue Spain Editorial Featuring Moa Aberg

Mixing patterns and prints is one of my favorite things about fashion, so this March editorial in Vogue Spain caught my eye. The head-to-toe prints and bright colors are perfect for spring, and I love the Art Deco feel of this shoot by photographer Horst Diekgerdes. Stylist Claudia Englmann dressed up-and-coming Swedish model Moa Aberg in designers such as Peter Pilotto, Mary Katrantzou, and Hermès, and mixed patterns in similar color schemes to keep the outfits chic and wearable. She paired the bold looks with bright but simple accessories such as yellow earrings and white sandals so as not to take away from the prints and the beautiful backdrop, and each of these looks are coordinated with the right amount of contrast. As spring is officially here, take a risk this season and step away from your basic black looks, for they will always be there when you need them. Don’t be afraid to mix different prints and incorporate bold colors into your spring outfits, and use these beautiful, high fashion shots as inspiration!
