Runway Recap: Anthony Vaccarello

Anthony Vaccarello opened Paris Fashion Week with a collection that had that effortless air of sexiness that the French are known for.  Every look featured lots of black and lots of leather, so it was right up my alley!  The most intriguing part of the collection, though, was the vast amount of turtlenecks.  Nearly every model had her cleavage covered up with a wool turtleneck, and yet the outfits still managed to exude sexiness.  How does Anthony Vaccarello do it??

The opening look was one of my faves;  slouchy gray pants and a button down went from business to badass with the addition of a leather jacket.  Next, a leather mini and sleek black turtleneck were paired with an oversized black jacket- so chic!  I loved the open knit sweater paired with loose black pants; this is the look that I’d wear the most.  And finally, an asymmetrically cut leather skirt was softened up with a cashmere sweater with a detached turtleneck.  Amazing!

What do you guys think of this collection?  Love it as much as I do?
