Lately my outfit formula has been leather pants + zipped up jacket. It’s an easy combo that keeps me warm on these chilly 50-degree LA days (sorry, East Coast), and the possibilities for mixing and matching are endless. The newest addition to my jacket collection is the amaaazing neoprene bomber from Clover Canyon. It’s part of their Cuba-inspired Resort collection, and I can’t get enough!
The orange, green, and red color palatte is so warm. Since I tend to reach for black, silver, and blue- all cool colors- the warm tones in this jacket are a tiny step out of my comfort zone. To add some more warmth to the look, I ditched my black boots and opted for these chocolate riding boots instead.
The back of this jacket is my favorite part of the outfit though! The wing detailing is vaguely motorcycle-gang-esque, and the vintage Cuban drawings thrown into the mix add an old-school vibe. I feel like I’m ready to go racing in this!
Since the print on this jacket is so in-your-face, adding blingy statement necklace might have made it feel like there was too much going on. To add a little glitz without overpowering the print, I unzipped the front of my jacket just a tad to reveal the statement necklace underneath.
If you’re looking for an easy winter outfit formula, look no further than leather pants + bomber jacket. Works every time!
